Position: Manual Tester

Experience: 3–6 yrs

Required Skills:
 
 - The role requires a manual tester to carry out all testing activities in accordance with 
   the Project's Test Strategy and with good quality and time as planned. 
 - Quality should be ensured by identifying bugs as early in the development cycle as
   possible. The responsibilities will include all work to be conducted in accordance to the Project''s Quality Plan. 
 - Understand and analyze the requirements. 
 - Write functional Test Specifications based on the requirements . 
 - Bug reporting and tracking found during testing. 
 - Should be able to analyze the requirements with Business Analyst and work with the 
   development team. 
 - Good team player and should be able interact with the development team for 
   functionality/issues. 
 - Test case designing and Test execution 
 - Testing Monitoring and Test verification 
 - Testing status updates & Analysis 
 - Experience in Manual testing 
 - Generating of Test Reports / Metrics 
 - Need a long term association and willingness to take up challenges as they come 
 - Requirement/Change Analysis skills.
