- Editor (Ancient) – 01Pay Scale :(PB-3) Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs.7600/-Age limit :Below 50 yearsQualification : a) Master’s Degree in History of Art/Art Criticism or an equivalent recognised qualification, with good command over English with intimate knowledge of Ancient Art movement in India and abroad. b) Atleast 10 years experience of working in a Art Journal/ magazine relating to Ancient Art or a Newspaper of repute.
- Research Officer – 01Pay Scale :(PB-3) Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs.7600/-Age limit :Below 40 yearsQualification : a) Master’s Degree in cultural Anthropology /Ancient Indian History from a recognized University or equivalent. b) At least 5 years research experience in documentation of Rural and Tribal Crafts in a recognized Museum/Institution dealing with Folk, Tribal and Traditional Art.
Desirable: Diploma in Museology and study of Folk, Tribal and Traditional Art and experience of field work in rural and tribal areas. - Assistant Editor (Contemporary) – 01Pay Scale :(PB-2) Rs.9300-3400 + Grade Pay Rs.4800/-Age limit :Below 35 yearsQualification : a) Master’s Degree in History of Art/Art Criticism or equivalent recognized qualification. b) Five years experience in Editing and Creative writing on Contemporary Art.
Desirable: a) At least three years experience in generation, collection
and compilation of material for publication of journals in reputable concerns. b) Working experience and knowledge of book production techniques, lay out, and proof correction. - Programme Officer – 01Pay Scale :(PB-2) Rs.9300-3400 + Grade Pay Rs.4800/-Age limit : Below 35 yearsQualification : a) Degree in Fine Arts or Applied Art or an equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution or University.
b) 5 years experience in bringing out publications and documentation, in layout of exhibitions designing of catalogues, facilitating work of Artists in studios etc.
Desirable: Graphic Designing, poster making and use of computers - Assistant Secretary Library Services – 01Pay Scale :(PB-2) Rs.9300-3400 + Grade Pay Rs.4800/-Age limit :Below 30 yearsQualification : a) A Degree or equivalent in Library Science from a recognized University. b) At least three year experience in a Govt. or Public Library of standing.
Desirable: Knowledge of more than one Indian language and qualification in Library services. - Production Asstt. – 01Pay Scale :(PB-2) Rs.9300-3400 + Grade Pay Rs.4600/-Age limit :Below 30 yearsQualification : a) Degree or an equivalent diploma in Fine Arts (Applied Art). b) 3 years experience in handling printing jobs, layout and
design of art books/catalogues and their production.
Desirable: Experience of computer operation using graphic design softwares. - Sr. Preservation Asstt. – 01Pay Scale :(PB-2) Rs.9300-3400 + Grade Pay Rs.4600/-Age limit :Below 30 yearsQualification : a) Degree or equivalent diploma in Fine Arts or Applied Arts. b) Experience of three years in conservation and restoration
of Art objects.
Desirable : Knowledge of computer operation. - Supervisors – 05Pay Scale :(PB-2) Rs.9300-3400 + Grade Pay Rs.4600/-Age limit :Below 35 yearsQualification : a) Degree or an equivalent Diploma in the Fine Arts with specialization in the subject of the arts studio to be supervised.
b) At least five years experience in the particular art subject to which the studio caters.
Desirable : Knowledge of computer operation.
