Institutions or Autonomous bodies with 5 years experience in Rural Development or Social Work or who have held post in the pay scale of Rs. 12000-375-16500 (Pre-revised)/Pay Band PB-3 Rs. 15,600-39,100 + GP Rs. 7600/- or above for a period not less than 5 years on regular basis.
