Based on the results of the Engineering Services written Examination held by
the UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION in May 2011 and the interviews for
Personality Test held in January – February 2012, the following are the lists,
in order of merit, of candidates who have been recommended for appointment to:

• 248 candidates in Civil Engineering Group;
• 170 candidates in Mechanical Engineering Group;
• 112 candidates in Electrical Engineering Group; and
• 163 candidates in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering Group.

A total number of 693 candidates recommended for appointments in these
four lists include 317 General, 209 Other Backward Classes, 113 Scheduled
Castes and 54 Scheduled Tribes (including 44 candidates belonging to
Physically Handicapped category).
