Diploma in Radio Technology / Electronics / Telecommunication issued by a recognized institute. or Having passed grade -II .Proficiency test of radio Technician conducted /approved by DCPW with three yrs practical experience from Govt Deptt/Armed Forces for any other commercial communication Organization (recognized).Knowledge of computer application.
